Skor Bar Cookies
****WARNING you will not be able to eat just one of these! This recipe comes from one of my besties Avery! They are divine! The little toffee pieces make the outside a little crunchy and the inside is soft...these are a must try!!

1 cup butter, softened not melted!

1/4 tsp. salt (I use 3/4 tsp.)
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (girdelli are the best)
1 cup toffee pieces (I just buy the Heath pieces in the baking section. I know I know they are "skor cookies" but I use Heath. It's all about the convenience)

Next add you chocolate chips and toffee bits and mix just until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes, just until golden. Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
