So....you'll need the perfect chocolate chips for this recipe, and I am a chocolate chip snob...you'll never find another brand of chocolate chips besides Ghirardelli!
If you take a little looksie on the back of that milk chocolate bag you will find the Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. It is the PERFECT cookie for pizookies!
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and both sugars. Add vanilla and eggs, mix until well incorporated. Add to the mixer the flour, baking soda, salt; blend until just incorporated. Add chocolate chips and mix briefly to incorporate. Set ramekins on a jelly roll pan. Scoop 1/4 c. dough into each ungreased ramekin. With a spoon press dough evenly to cover the bottom of the ramekin. Bake for 16 minutes **Baking time will vary by preference of "doneness". We like a light-medium brown. It makes it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream and enjoy!
