1 lb. strawberries, washed and chopped
2 golden delicious apples, peel, cored, and chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
8 oz. fresh raspberries, washed and left whole
3 Tbsp. jam (raspberry or strawberry)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Gently mix all together and serve with cinnamon chips.
Cinnamon Chips
1 package mission tortillas (burrito size, 8 count)
Cinnamon and sugar mixture ( 2 cups sugar and 1/4 c cinnamon)
Cooking spray (both butter and coconut oil work great, so take your pick!)
Spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray. Do this to all of the tortillas, stacking them as you go. Cut tortillas with a pizza cutter so the chips are approximately 1"x"2". You can do a smaller flour tortilla and cut them in to actual chips, but these are easier to eat. Mix your cinnamon and sugar mixture in a gallon Ziploc bag, and add a handful of chips. Shake until the pieces are coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shake off the excess cinnamon and sugar off each chip and lay them in a single layer on the sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
