Add chopped pear, banana chunks, almond butter, and kale to either a cup or ziploc baggie. The original recipe suggests a cup so that's what I've been using. Cover and freeze. I prep mine at night so they are ready for the next morning. When you are ready to prepare your smoothie, pour in almond milk. It is roughly 1 cup if you just want to measure it. Dump all ingredients into your Vitamix and blend until smooth. Doesn't it look delicious?! Enjoy!!!!
