My friend Karie from Cleveland let me use his recipe of hers We met when both of our husbands were in medical school. Karie brought me a couple loaves of banana bread to the hospital when I had Beck. This delicious caramely goodness will quickly become a favorite at your house, I just know it!

1 cube REAL butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup hot milk
Instructions: Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Cool for 15 minutes. Add 1/4 cup hot milk and beat until smooth. Beat in enough powdered sugar until you get an icing like consistency. Once banana bread is out of pan, pour icing on. Enjoy!
